Gear-type oil pumps

VISCOMAT 300/2 gear pumps have been designed as modern, effective solutions for the various requirements of pumping oils and lubricants. Thanks to the several available models VISCOMAT satisfies the need to:

• Transfer quantities of product at medium pressure between tanks
• Guarantee good flow rates at high pressure in applications in which the pump must supply the reeling drums of fixed, “in-line” oil distribution systems on fixed pumping systems

Construction characteristics

• Asynchronous, closed, self-ventilating
• AC motor (protection grade IP 55) available in various voltages and frequencies
• Die-cast aluminum pump body
• By-pass integrated into the pump body
• Sintered steel gears, with a specially designed internal profile
• Mechanical seal on the motor shaft, accessible from the pump side
• Incorporated self-priming device
